In this section, steam generation efficiency is evaluated. Potential for the enhancing the boiler efficiency & Steam to Fuel ratio is prime focus.

Steam Distribution:

In this section, Steam distributing pipe sizing, insulation, pressure reduction etc. are checked as per the process requirement, steam consumption & pressures.

Steam Utilization:

In this section, the actual steam consumption is compared with the ideal theoretical steam consumption & methods to reduce the gap between them are suggested. Also, potential areas to reduce the batch timings & enhance the production are studied.

Heat Recovery:

In this section, the proper condensate & flash steam recovery system is designed to recover each drop of pure condensate & flash steam.

Also, the potential for the recovery of heat from any waste heat sources are explored.
